96 grand caravan with 3.8 batteries good and fuel to motor but no spark and suggestions

Did you check the CRANK sensor?

cam and crank sensor are good no power to coil

You do mean coil PAC right? You are sure the cam and crank sensors are good...there are 3 ignition coil driver in the PCM. gets command from crank and cam sensor.
