2000 Nissan Maxima - car won't idle when stopped

I have a 2000 Nissan Maxima, bought new back in 2000.  Recently replaced MAF sensor, cleaned airflow duct, replaced air filter, and cleaned carburator plate, and calibrated new MAF sensor.  This solved a previous problem of running rough and hitting a wall at 3500 rpms.  

However, now my car will not idle when warmed up, when I come to a stop.  The idle problem is intermittent.  Took it back to the dealership, they gave me a quote of $2200 to replace left and right engine mounts, ECM, and Idle Switch - on carb.

Not sure what to do - this sounds to me like they are not sure but by replacing everything, hope to solve the problem.  Any suggestions?
