Hello,

My 2001 Nissan Sentra plastic Dipstick broke.  Seems to be a common problem with Nissans.  I no longer have it and bought a generic to replace it.  Problem is I dont know what length to adjust it to.  Anyone know?

Mine snapped off at the yellow remover handle. It was a pain in the bum to get it out i used a magnet on the outside while using paper clip as a hook. If u have the old dipstick or whats left of it. Measure from the bottom all the way to where the metal would meet the yellow cover"dipstick remover".  When i did mine i got 18.75inch .. Also on the upper part of it there is a #47001 it might be the part # im not sure
