Hi all,
I'm having a problem with my 1996 Nissan Maxima. My clutch is unresponsive. There was no slipping or faulty behavior prior to this. I just got in the car to go to work, and it didn't work. When I press down on the clutch pedal, there is no pressure or resistance. When I release, the pedal stays pressed down.
Does this sound like an issue with my master cylinder? If not, does it sound like an issue they'd have to remove my whole transmission to get to? It's a V6 front-wheel drive, if that makes a difference.
Any help anyone can give me would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks, Will
