Has anyone else had this problem. The metal is just deteriorating. A friend of mine had a 1996 that did the same thing. Is there a way to fix the door, or do I have to try to find a new door?

Yes. I have replaced the door on my '95 twice. I need to do it again, if I wish to keep the vehicle. I do not know of anyone else who has had this problem. Doing internet search for parts I came across your post today. What have you learned?

I have a 96..still going great except for the door problem...it actually fell off the hinge about a year and a half ago...a repair shop sodered it, but it starting to drop again...any suggestions on how or who can repair it?
