Having issue w/ Stop/Haz fuse that keeps blowing! Tried most things I can think of, does anyone have any ideas?

the light bulb fuses are not so that means the short is in the hazard circuit itself. If you car has a hazard flasher that looks like a can , then that could be it. If you have a little switch [by itself] in the column then it could be a wire right in the column that has grounded to the steel post.
Gotta manual for the car? Then you can follow the wires to the can, etc.
Pull the can[flasher],,turn on the switch,,,,fuse blows???,,climb in the steering column.
