Where can I find he directions such as in a maintenance and repair manual on how to change oil on a 2007 Dodge Ram 2500 Cummins 6.7 Turbo Truck?

there are a number manual publishers. Haynes,Chilton,etc. They all have websites.
Try something like-diesel maintenance manuals, or Haynes, and get some more names to noodle on the websites. You can usually oreder one right there.
one thing to remember in case you dont know: dont let the fuel tank get lower than 1/4. Sometimes the fuel pump will grab air and then you are stuck----even when you add more fuel--unless you know how to bleed the system.
Not all engines will do this but you don't want to find out.
