I'm looking for a used car right now, and I'm interested in purchasing a used Acura Integra.
However, I lack experience needed to distinguish between good and bad car sales, and I would like to have your opinions on this deal:

Is the price suitable for the model/year? I wonder why this '98 generation car has a license plate of a new generation car i.e "6ASE..." Or does it not matter? I usually see the newer cars like a 2008 Honda with a license plate beginning with "6" whereas older models like the previous mentioned Integra begin with 3 or 4.
The seller claims that this car has a clean title. How can I verify this?
I thank in advance whoever could enlighten me.

Make sure you get a Carfax report for the car. That should tell you whether the title is clean or not. As much as you want to trust people, just look at the facts (Carfax).
The license plate #'s are usually given out in order - meaning that the newer the car, the higher the first number of the license plate should be.
Used cars can be hard to price, but you may want to check this site to get an idea of what a used Integra is worth: http://www.pricehub.com/price/Acura/Integra
I had an 87 Integra myself - great car and very reliable. You can't go wrong with an Acura.
