The 2008's have come out so the dealers have "reduced" the price to $16,251 which happens to be the invoice price. The dealer I'm seeing has 5 manual transmissions left and since it's coming up on the end of the month, I know they'll be eager to move them out.
I'm going to see a friend's salesmen who is highly recommended. My question is where to start? The value of my car for a trade in is $2,490 as it's in good condition.
I will be paying cash so don't have to worry about financing. I'm thinking of starting at $15,000 as a starting point, which of course, I'm not disclosing right away. Is that a good figure?
Advice/suggestion are greatly appreciated.
