Transmission died so I installed another 4T65E trans. Started car and started running through the gears. In drive it made a loud grinding noise and I shut off the car. No movement of car in any gear. I checked the trans fluid and added a quart. Styarted the car again with the same result. I hope someone has an idea. Could the trans fluid be low? I am having a problem checking.

Sounds like you put in a junk tranny or didn't bolt the converter to the flywheel.
