I had a very poor experience with getting my oil changed by the same
people who always change it and they said it was normal for a oil pan to
wear out after 14-20 oil changes.  The oil pan was cross threaded and no
thread to work.  The only people who could have done it were the people
who have always changed the oil in my opinion. Corporate complaint didn't help. there reply was basically "I'm sorry you feel that way". They charged me 200 for the new oil pan plus over 100 dollars an hour for labor and it took a while.
I am now never going to buy a lexus or a toyota the corporate customer
service center is the same and they have the same parent company.
I felt like they didn't value me as a customer even though I have owned
Toyotas or Lexus' since I was 17 and I am almost 40. We have 3 lexus' and one toyota in the family.  If they  don't seem to care about my family as
customers, I wonder how they will treat anyone.
I also would not recommend Lexus to anyone.
I have had turning radius problems, CD player problems and computer problems with it as well.
I recommend looking at other models first.
