I am planning to buy a 4x4 suv for snow conditions in colorado state. My preferences are it should have an AWD and naviagation. The first choice was 2008 Jeep Liberty. I was looking for a SUV with navigation and leather seats within the 30K range.
I need your help to choose from one of these low range SUV's in terms of performance and mileage?
1. 2008/2007 Jeep Liberty (new model) 2. Nissan Rogue 3. Suzuki Grand Vitara 4. Mercury Mariner 5. Toyota Rav4 6. Nissan Xterra 7. Honda CR-V
Which one is the best? Let me know if I am missing any.
Thanks in advance

I myself would not recommend Lexus or parent company Toyota. I had a service problem that I felt wasn't fairly resolved. Corporate which is the same center for both just told me sorry you feel that way. I am a medical professional with multiple degrees but I have a high voice and am a woman so I feel that they felt that they could make extra money off me on services because of that. Ford has been very good to my husband and hasn't tried to rip him off. I don't know if this will help. Good luck

I like the Toyota, and Nissan. Both are reliable, and have excellent service. I've owned cars from both company's and have had great experiences. Good Luck!
