Hey guys. I'm kinda not car savy when it comes to the worth of cars, especially somewhat older cars. I found a 1991 Pontiac Firebird Formula for $8,000 at a dealer and was wondering if that is a good deal or a ripoff.
The car has 49,000 miles on it and is 5.0 V8 engine, everything works very well and looks to be in great condition for its age, however, the KBB value puts it at about $3,000. I don't know if KBB is just bad at pricing older cars or if the dealer is simply charging way too much.
What do you guys think? The car is really nice and I would love to have it, but not if it is a terrible deal.
