Hello - I'm planning to buy a 2007 Jeep Patriot soon and would like to pay as little as possible. My understanding is that once the 2008 models come out, I ought to get a very good deal on a 2007 model. Is this generally true? Should I wait till October, for example? I'd appreciate your ideas on this.

Yeah, this reply is late but that is one of the best times to buy because of factory incentives. There are many other factors to getting a great deal. You need to know what you are getting into.
