It all started yesterday when i was driving and the car decided to stall on me at idle... Now i just keep the car on by reving the engine..I replaced the fuel filter hoping that was the problem but it did not solve anything.. but when i let the car sit for a while it will be normal for a good 5-10 minutes then at idle it will stall.. any help? I also did check the alternator i am get 14 volts out of it as well..help will be surely appreciated!

Any changes in gas milage? Or check engine lights?

Your idle air bypass valve may be malfunctioning. If that doesn't work I'd check the fuel pump.

I'm experiencing the same problem. I have a '00 ES300 with 73k miles. This sounds weird, but I think it has to do with the amount of gas in the tank. When I start the car with a very low tank (the point where the gas light almost comes on), the rpm goes down and will stall if I let it. But when I fill the tank, I don't have any trouble.
BTY, I had the throttle body cleaned but it didn't seem to help.
