I am generally not a big fan of dealerships to begin with, but I have experience with many in Ventura County and most at least try to earn your trust and respect. One exception to this is the Team Infinity dealership in Oxnard. If you have a choice, I recommend avoiding this dealership like you would the plague. I recently purchased a used, but well-kept, Infinity I30 from this dealership. It came with a limited warranty, as expected. Before my plates had even arrived, the car broke down, had to be towed from LA to Oxnard, and required over $600 dollars in repairs (the starter had died). The fact that I was only a couple of weeks and less than 150 miles from when I drove off the lot, the Infiniti general manager refused to stand behind his product and would not even discuss ways to make things right. I understand that legally there was no liability on his part, but it surprises me that when something like this happens so soon after a purchase that they can just shrug and say, tough luck. A poor business decision in my opinion, as I will never give that dealership another dime - and anyone else considering an Infinit purchase you should seriously consider a more reputable dealership.

I disagree with what this person wrote about Team Infiniti.  Although I did not buy a car from the dealership, I did however break down in Oxnard and had my car towed to the dealership.  Had my car made it to Long Beach I would have gone to the dealership I always deal with.  The people at Team Infiniti could NOT have been nicer to me.  EVERYONE, and I do mean EVERYONE from the receptionist to the Service Consultant to the Svc Mgr himself were very nice to me.  They helped me SO much and I was SO grateful.  Breaking down on a busy freeway is not fun.  Team Infiniti got me into a loaner car PRONTO and made sure I was taken care of, period.  The person above must not be a happy person to complain so much.  I have been an Infiniti owner for over 14 years and I have NEVER heard of such a thing as what was mentioned.  A General Mgr would NEVER treat a customer in that way, and I mean NEVER!  That person must me on crack, or was just ticked off that his car broke down, nothing is perfect, buck up and deal with it.  You can take your car to ANY Infiniti car dealership, they will fix and cover it if under warranty, and help you out as best they can.  I live in Long Beach which is 70 miles from Oxnard, but I would DEFINITELY drive to Team Infiniti to have my car repaired again.  They solved a HUGE problem in my car that 5 other mechanics could NOT figure out.  I would DEFINITELY have my car repaired at Team Infiniti again and I would also Buy a used or new car from them.  They treated me SO WELL, I felt like I mattered.  They did an amazing job!

I too strongly disagree. I did not buy my car there either but I am impressed as hell with the service I am being provided with. Greg the service manager is a class act and goes out of his way to be helpfull. I will buy my next car there. I have owned Lexus, Mercedes and have to say that as far as service is concerned, team infinity of Oxnard is by far the best I have delt with.

The story mentioned above is dubious. I can't see the service manager of any luxury line vehicle acting that way. Something was left off that story.

Jack and Greg are awesome managers. I live in Thousand Oaks and we have a Infiniti dealer 5 minutes walks from where I live. I went there once and will never go again. But the one in Oxnard earned my trust numerous times. Price is always right. For example, the cost of timing belt change on my QX4 is even cheaper than my local 76 garage's quote.

Only complain is they could never get me a G37 or Skyline loaner car even I kept asking
