Hi. I have a 2002 Ford Escape XLT SUV. It appears that the rear door wont open. I use remote entry into the vehicle and i can hear the all the doors unlocking including the rear door. However, when trying to use the handle for unlocking both rear door and window, they do not engage as if they weren't unlocked. What could this be??
