I'm having some kind of electrical problem with intermittent fuel pump operation and every time the pump stops working the power windows also stop working. Get back in the car a few hours later and the windows and fuel pump are working again. I've checked the fuel pump pressure on multiple occasions when I have this problem so I know this is the problem with the car not starting or dieing.

When it wont start pull the fuel pump relay and check for power from the pcm and ground on the pull side of the relay.
