Does anyone know how I can remove the thermostat from a 2.4 4 cylinder Buick skylark? As far as I could tell it's behind the exhaust manigfold or between the drive shaft. Any help would be appreciated.

Yea your right it is under the manifold, you have to remove the water by- pass tube and housing from under the car.
