I am getting water in my matrix, passenger side front and back floor. It seems to only come in when I have the AC running and it is raining or I go through the car wash. A friend of mine cleaned the air conditioner filter but it is still doing it.
Any suggestions? I am out of work at the moment so I an trying to avoid a dealer right now but I cannot let this continue as I do not want the floor to rust out.

I would check the drain holes. Also maybe check for small critters that may have nested. If the drain holes are blocked it may backup hence the flooding.

We have the same problem but on the driver side 2006 MDX, they have yet to find the cause of the water leak. I am told it is something with the windshield seal, so its going back for the third time. I am asking for a new car this time, my patients have run out.

Hi..reading your thread. Where are the drain holes? We are having this water come into just the right hand side, front and back..the Carpet is drenched
