I just got a new Volkswagen Eos and i am having major problems taking off on hills.  The tires spin and do not have any traction.  It makes a loud "peeling" noise and draws looks from other drivers.  Also, the car rolls back a lot before I actually get any acceleration.  

It's an automatic transmission.  My older car that i had for 10 years, 1995 honda civic, had no problems taking off or rolling back.  

Does any one know if there is anything that could help this issue?
