This switch is all over the map. Turn to a/c it comes out on the floor, switch to floor it comes out defrost....etc. Do I need to replace the switch? Anyone ever done this job...is it hard???

Check the vacuum hose going threw the firewall first to make sure its connected to vacuum and doesn't have any cracks.
