Hi can anyone help
I have a Mazda RX-8 2004 53 5 speed,
Yesterday for the first time the digital display just froze no control of radio cd air con no dials worked at all. But I could still use the steering wheel control to change the volume and station or cd. After a while I parked turned of the engine waited put key back in to ignition started and I all worked once agine. The problem is this has happened again today can anyone help.

Hi Patrick - my 2004 RX8 just developed same problem but happens when i hit bumps in the road .... told by Mazda Technician that it is a cracked mouting point behind the radio/aircon facia panel that connects feed to display and costs $800 to fix (have to buy whole replacement board) but am taking it out tomorrow to see if I can repair .... crossing fingers - Rob
