Hello everyone. I am new to this forum, but came here in hopes that someone can help me with a problem I am having with my trusty work truck. I have a 1993 GMC Sierra 2500 2wd on gas with nearly 200k. When cold she fires right up and runs beautifully! I can drive around as long as I want, but if I shut her down the truck will simply not fire back up. It turns over, but nothing. If I wait till the next morning, it will take right off, but not while it is warm. If I spray a little ether over the throttle body, she fires up for a second, so I know the ignition system is functioning. It is not getting gas, but I do not know if it is the pump, filter, fuel pump relay, or fuel pressure regulator. Does anyone out there have any ideas??? I hate to just start throwing parts at it if there is a common failure that causes this condition! Thanks in advance for any help!!
