I recently changed my engine oil at Pep Boys. Now my car is making a rattling noise. Surprisingly the rattling stops if I turn the steering wheel slightly to the right or left. The rattling is not continuous it disppears for a couple of days only to be back. It is there during idling also, and at low speeds also I can hear it. I am not so sure at high speeds because it could be suppressed by engine noise. Any help is welcome.

i had a problem like that what i did was to remove the engine oil pan and clean the oil pick up strainer the problem was solved, a times what happen is the strainer gets block with slog that which is formed from the engine oil. after clean it best way the prevent this from happening again is frequent oil change than normal
