The problem concerns a 1994 Saturn Vue with a 2.2L engine. The intermittant problem is that the car will not go above 10mph and will not shift. If the ignition is turned off and then restarted it will run OK but shifts very hard. The car has been to dealerships and no one has been able to solve the problem. Does anyone have any idea what could be wrong and know how to solve it. I would greatly appreciate any help.
