Dealer installed brakes and rotors left front. Returned twice because of very loud brake squeal appearing 5 minutes after driving. Their Audi foreman drove with me and heard it and said they had to "lubricate". I picked it up yesterday and it's unchanged. I'm p...ed at their incompetence. Suggestions? Other repair shops in Chicago?  

You paid them to fix it. Take it back. Probable the caliper needs rebuild. Could be other things. You paid them to fix it, they took your money, not fixed. Need I say more?
