I went to Cary Auto Sales this morning to buy a van and the place was crawling with DEA agents. One of them told me the place was closed, probably for good and I should look elsewhere.

Might have been a sign from above?  

Sounds like someone just wanted to stir up the pot. A reliable and trusted source and the used auctions is a good starting point. Don't know what you could do about a trade-in that was fixed by a friend and not reported on the insurance!!

This is why it's so important to know what to look for when negotiate used car pricesand signing auto dealer terms. It's always a good idea to pay extra for vehicle warranties and when one isn't offered you should be much more skeptical when purchasing.  

No matter who was right or wrong in regards to the purchases discussed above, any car dealer or business in general  that responds to a customer (especially an angry one) as tasteless as above is no one I would want to be associated with.
