Well, I have a Jaguar purchased at Manhattan Auto Group on 11th Ave. I am willing to pay for an expense car, and indeed purchased in MANHATTAN stupidly. I thought there might be better customer service or buying experience. But I'm WRONG. I am first time buyer, I know I need to do my homework before purchase, but I'm not professional in the automobile area. I have no complaint about other divisions of Manhattan Auto Group because I don't have any experience with those divisions. But The Manhattan Jaguar Department staff are the best CON ARTIST! They are smart people to work in Manhattan and get the deal done by team work. Unless you have an attorney accompanied you to buy the car or you are carefree about your money.
I was not satisfied when I first went pick up the car. The interior color was not what I appointed. However, the Manager's immediate response was very negative tone " you can sue, we have lawyer group to against you. But we do not have others in stock and we've paid extra buck to get the car from another dealer!" I thought it was non of my business if they really want to sell the car. But I'd put in the down payment so I wanted my car. At the end the manager said, "we'd offer you an extension warranty for additional two years of service as our apology and compensation Deal was done.
But I received a fraud extension warranty. I just called PRIMUS Care, the vehicle service contacts company who will deal with future claim after 4 yr Jaguar 4 yr service ends, to check my status but my car has NEVER registered in their system.
I paid a bit more to acquire my lovely car but did not have good buying experience as expected. I did not know the "lemon law" at that time. So just be careful, buyers!!!
I would suggest the following points, IF YOU DO NEED TO BUY A JAGUAR AT MANHATTAN AUTO GROUP:
1. Be calm and "take your time" to read your contract, especially what the salesman just wrote down or typed in for you.
2. Take time to read and not to be distracted by "salesman-manager" game, and remember you need to focus on your own deal.
3. They charge EXTRA buy additional add-on feature, such as extension warranty or satellite anti-stealth and etc. You can always obtain better deal somewhere else.

if you have the policy fix it. at times, it does take a while for the policies to show up. They want you to come back to the service dept so call them and find out about it. you dont have to be a professional if you just read. everybody wants to blame the dealer im here to tell everyone its no always them most of the time its you. take your time everyone knows it takes time to buy a car so dont rush the salesman or yourself and things will be alot different. JUST READ. if you have buyers remorse (not saying you do) its not the dealers fault. There is too many laws out there for a dealer to get crazy it is very different from 5 to 10 years ago.

Hi! Thank you so much for sharing. Jaguar is a very nice car!..and that's right, be sure to read everything in the documentation of the car that you will purchase. This will help you avoid headaches in the future! There are various cars that are available in the market. Because of that, we can't just avoid comparing one car from another because, yes, we have our obvious reasons.
