I have a 1990 Ford Probe and my battery dies over night. I will let it charge and put it back in the car and Turns on. But When i try to turn it back on the next day and its dead, what could be the problem?

Can anyone please help me! I came to believe that my alternator is going out, a wire is touching the frame/body.
