Just bought previous owner had top end rebuilt and then he took carb off and cleaned and says it hasnt ran since. I kicked it over and it hits and runs but dies. I think it is all in carb but want to change plug and wire to see if it helps and what would you recomned for oil mixture I have heard several different ratios.
