My Forenza has 17,000 miles on it.  when the temp drops below 20 degrees, it will not start.  The engine will turn over but just not start.  All the bells and whistles work.  I have had this car towed into the dealership 3 times for this problem but they have no idea why.  They say they must first simulate the situation; however, this is a little difficult to accomplish in the Carolina's. If anyone has advice, please help.  Desperate me.  Thanks
