I just bought a 1985 Cadillac Fleetwood Brougham yesterday, and I just noticed the heater doesn't work. I distinctively remember it worked for a while when I was driving back from the seller. Also when I turn up the climate control, cold air comes out from the bottom but not the top vents. Can someone help me please? What should I test to determine which part of the system is faulty?
