I have an issue with a car I own.
When I was 18 my parents made the not so wise decision to buy a daewoo lanos for more than it could ever be worth. Now I owe 3,500 and the engine on the car blew. I can't resell it since I still owe on it, and I can't junk the car for the same reason. I've had it sitting on the street in front of my house, but now it's getting tickets everyday. So my question is:
1. How can I legally get the car off the street so I don't get anymore tickets?
2. Can I get rid of the car without paying the car off? (I'm in no position financially)
3. Is it ok to donate it and just continue paying the bank off?

Sell it for as much as you can get then give that to the bank then see if you can get the loan refinanced due to the smaller not so you have small payments for the vehicle
