This is an ex cop car and I have checked the fuel relay but that seems fine.  It just doesnt seem that there is power at all going back to the fuel pump. I even checked the inertia switch and it seems fine also. Could this be a computer problem?? Any and all suggestions welcome...thanx alot!!
 

It could be it could also be a few other things as well. Try unplugging the inertia switch and jumpering the terminals. Also make sure you are getting power to the fuel pump relay. Also make sure all fuses and fusable links are good.
