93 mercury topaz....2.3 engine....air...93,000 miles.....starts fine idles down fine...but after driving abit notice car doesnt slow all the way down when coming to a stop...engine is reving higher for some reason..I put it in nuetral and it is reving to 3000 rpms....it did this last year during winter and stopped during summer...now it is doing it again..can you help me diagnos thanks newboy

Look for a vacuum leak under the hood.
