Actually I think you should check out http://www.racwheels.com/ they supposedly make very good wheels. Lots of guys in the M3 forums got wheels from them, the RG4 being a replica of the CSL wheel but with better offsets, wider width and stronger forged construction.... or something like that.
Better info here: http://www.sector111.com/racmonolites.html

the BEST rims are Veilside Rims Or Andrew Jackson Racing Rims, if you could afford them. Check them out @http://veilside.com/veilsideusa/frames.html

BBS! The #1 supplier of rims to Ferraris, and the racing industry. Expect to pay more than a 1.5k each though for sizes over 19".

I generaly like understated wheels that look like they may have come with the car. Most of the TSW wheels are a little flashy for my taste, but again thats taste. TSW are pretty reasonable as is, so if you can get a good price on them on top of that, you may want to go that route. If you aren't as concerned with price, then go with a BBS like JC said, or even some nice custom HREs, Fikses or Kinesis.

If you want to go with chrome then get some TIS rims. They look really good.
