PAC offers the AUX-POD adapter that gets direct sound from an Apple iPod into a factory stereo system. It automatically turns off the iPod when the vehicle’s radio is turned off on most vehicles and allows you to change tracks on the iPod from the factory radio controls or steering wheel controls.

It takes the fixed level audio signal from the factory head unit before it gets to the Bose amplifier. There is also a variable output that allows you to digitally control the amplifier from the head unit’s volume knob for full range audio signal.
