Personally, I like the Lacrosse which looks more interesting than the blandlexus-looking Lucerne. 303 for a FWD, though? Hmmmm.

The Buick Lacrosse CXS with the V6 sells for $27,990. So GM will probably sell the V8 model for at least $31,000 and some change. Definately not worth, consumers will be spending their money on G35's, A4's, IS250's, ES330's, and TL's.

Only people buying Buick's, social security recipients.

300+ horsepower and FWD???? Torque steer want be a problem! Haha. RWD would have been a smarter choice.

I really think Buick is just lost at this point. They just can't figure out how to sell cars, so they figure, Hey maybe people will buy it with two more cylinders??

I'm sure it won't be a bad car for the money once you get rebates, mark-downs, and the general "Oh please buy this American Car"-incentives. I just don't see people actually choosing that car over the Japanese and European competition that is out there in the low 30s price range.

the amazing thing is buick used to be right up there with ford and chevy as top car companies, now they are just confused and i think they are probably going the way of the dinosaur or shall i say oldsmobile

I like the new sig Burt

It's a 106 miles to Chicago, we've got a full tank of gas,   half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

but yes I think maybe the American companies need to get rid of some the brand names. I don't think we need 40 different brand names for three companies.
