1992 Dodge Caravan 3.0 litre V6 with 110,000 km's. Starts & runs fine until out of the blue there is a very bad hesitation, bucking etc. can compare it to running out of fuel in a carburated vehicle. When experiencing the problem the only way to get going is to put pedal to the floor, give it a few seconds & it shoots ahead. It may have this problem for a few seconds to half hour of town driving, then as quick as it stated it stops & runs fine. At no time when this problem shows up does it stall or fail to start. The engine check light has never come on. I have done a tune up with fuel filter. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Dave

I have exactly the same problem on my 92 voyager. I have tried plugs , wires , coil pack, main computer, still no luck. Really hoping someone knows, very frustrating.

check your map sensor even if you dont have a check engine light on if could still be your problem. also the electrical wires to your distributor probably run through your front lower motormount. inspect your harness for pinched or bare wires.
