"Government agents are questioning the safety of the Dodge Durango SUV.

Federal Safety officials are looking into reports of the vehicle's catching fire. Ten fires have been reported under the driver's seat in some models.

At least six of the fires started when the SUV's were turned off.

The investigation involves more than 100,000 Durangos, with model years of 2001 through 2003.

No recall has been issued as of yet."  

Wow there are so many jokes here I don't know where to start:

1) Wow, did Firestone start making seats for SUVs now to go along with their tires?

2) Dodge Durango, now with heated seats.

3) In an effort to save development costs, Dodge engineers have decided to share parts between the Viper and the Durango. When asked which parts specifically the engineers answered, "The flamable ones"

4) Dodge announces the new Apre Ski Edition of the Durango, with integral interior fireplace harth.

5) In a response to critics who said the Dodge Durango wasn't good for anything besides burning a lot of gas, Dodge shows it is also good at burning other things, Drivers.
