I own a 2001 Cadillac Seville SLS, and I noticed the manual said the engine runs better on premium. Which of the three should I fulle the seville up with Premium, Midgrade or regular fuel? and What are the benefits of premium over midgrade, and regular? thanks

as long as the engine doesnt knock you can use whatever you want, there also might be a slightly noticeble difference in gas mileage and smoothness with premium i know that my car runs much better on premium, which my manual says i'm supposed to use, but with gas prices so high i just use regular but you might just want to stick with premium, i've heard there is almost no difference between midgrade and regular but who knows, that might just be one of those urban legends
what have you been running it on?

if it says premium only, thats what you should use.  the manufacturers have a reason for this, its not a conspiracy from the big oil companies.  if it says its recommended, you can fill it up with mid/regular once and a while, maybe every 3rd tank or something, but still give it the good stuff
