i may post quite a few problems....
this car does have them...
1. A/C : water was dripping from under dash area onto foot area of pasenger side. mechanid told me it was the AC. he put in the r134akit?? i think that is what it is called. it worked great and just recently, it leaked a bunch of water again!!!
he said he had fixed that. i really dont know what is under there..
2. Speedometer: i got an engine (JDM). all seems good but the speedometer works only once in a while. sometimes it just jumps and drops back down.
any ideas what it may be and cost to repair?

The air condition has a drain pipe, you have probably seen water dripping from yur car when your air conditioner is running. If your drainpipe is clogged water will build up, and then find a place to leak onto your floorboard. The drainpipe on your z should be like any other. An undone clothers hanger gentle in the pipe will unclog it and you may not even need a toolbox!
I've got a broken speedometer also. I suspect the cable attatchment is stripped, and my cable is spinning, not turning anything. Yours is halfway stripped. Good luck! The last time this happens I went to a salvage yard and bought an instument panel - it fixed it. I keep thinking nowdays a guy might be able to fix his own with j.b. weld and a drimmel to redo the area thats stripped. I haven't tried it yet though.
