If I turn on my A/C, all I get is the air from outside... nothing cool. I checked the A/C specific fuses and they seem to be ok. I was thinking of looking at the A/C relay (#204 in the fuse and relay panel under the hood), but I'm not too sure how to test if it's any good or not. I'm inclined to think it's just out of juice. Any thoughts?

its recommened to have your A/C system checked every 30,000 miles. Try pressing the Recirculation button and see if the air gets any colder.
