I have a 1990 Honda Accord with an automatic transmission. When you try to start out in Drive 4 it has a hard time and has very little power. To get started you need to start in Dr 1 then Shift to Dr 2 and the Dr 3 etc... Is the problem in the the control box or in the actually transmision? Any suggestions.

You might try this: Check Honda Accord Piece Of (S)hift Light for the applicable VIN numbers and TCM part numbers.
