depends on wheel width and offset.  18s are also pretty big for an rsx as well, the best size performance wise would be 17, probably 225 45 17. ** 18s may be a little big with the drop too.  17in wheels AND tires are cheaper too, but if your set on 18s i would say 225 width

edit** (unless your pushing automotivejtm's power)

automotivedp... please dont steer him in the wrong direction.. 18's are not a little big, 19's fit easily and i have seen 20's.  You will not see any noticable difference in performance either, unless your auto x'ing your car.  The best times I have ran at the track were on my 18's and they are heavy as ***

I know the whole well there is more weight further away from the rotating center so it takes longer for the wheels to get going, this in theroy is true, but you wont notice a difference for daily driving and the occassional race here and there.

with an 18's rim that will fit the rsx there are really only two standard widths, 7.5 and an 8.  Im running a 7.5  and a 45mm offset.

i was only putting the same thing out there, if its your daily, 18s are alright, the best* performance wise (hardcore autoX) wouldnt be so big
