Can someone tell me where the oil filter is located. I did not see it near the oil pan.

did you only look for it from under? you might only be able to get to it from the top.

hmmm. not sure, I know some lexus's have them located in the from of the engine (facing the front bumper) They dont need to be directly next to the iol pan, search around you'll find it.

There is a splash shield directly behind the front bumper. If you look at it from below, you'll see a square access panel right of center that will drop down. Once opened, you'll see the oil filter right inside. You may also be able to see it underneath the front exhaust manifold.
You're not another person working on their car without a service manual, are you? Shame on you.

Ive never used a service manual.
I just poke and prod until I find what I think I'm looking for.
Granted when I bought my Motorcycle I read the manual cover to cover.
