I just bought a 1995 Dodge Caravan 3V V6 127k miles. I new going in that it had a transmission problem. It appears the shift points are off. It shifts to second at 27-28 MPH, and third at 51-54 MPH. This seems high to me. It also has a bump shift. I suspected the filter was clogged or the previous owner used the wrong fluid. Not the case. Still has high shift points. I now suspect that the previous owner had the shift points raised to haul a camper. Any ideas out there?
