How many miles are on your car?  It sounds like its time to replace your drive belts.

your timing belt and drive belts are two diffrent belts.

Look at your drive belts ( on the outside of the timing cover, around your pullies.  Are they cracked?  Or fairly loose?

It does sound like the alternator belt is slipping. Belt could be adjusted incorrectly, and now that it's been slipping, probably worn.
BUT! You also have a huge electrical load. Is this still your stock alternator? If so with the load your putting on it, it's going out soon. Invest in a high amp unit. Go to an Autozone or other parts place near you that will test your system free. Get them to measure the amp draw your new toys require. Then get an alternator that exceeds your needs. Don't forget to up size ALL of your cables to handle the extra amp draw. If Mazda doesn't have a high output option, you'll have to go after market. This may require you to have new mounts made and other wireing modification done.
