I would look at other brands for less money. This car has a climate control display that is unreadable while wearing sunglasses. Toyota doesn't think it is a legitimate problem. I say it is a good thing they don't make TVs, they probably wouldn't think a TV without a picture is any big deal. I say it is reasonable to expect to see a key control feature in daylight while wearing sunglasses.
I've read the same issue in many reviews. Same with most nav screens washing out in direct sunlight. Unfortunately, none of the automakers have plans to address it.
